PRINTS

All prints must be mounted, have an IDENTIFYING TITLE, CLASS, CATEGORY and the entrant’s FULL NAME and ADDRESS clearly displayed on the back of the mount. An Entry Form must accompany the entry.
A maximum of 15 prints per entry is permitted, plus the President’s Panel.[Four prints on a common theme mounted on a 20x16 board]. Prints may be Trade or Home Processed.

Rules for eligibility of prints are as per the General Rules.

ALL ENTRIES MUST BE IN BY THE STATED DATE OR THEY WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.

SLIDES

Slides must be in 2” x 2” mounts, correctly spotted, with an identifying title and bearing the entrant’s full name. An entry form must accompany the slide, correctly completed. A maximum entry of 15 slides per member is permitted. Slides may be trade or home processed.

RULES FOR THE ANNUAL EXHIBITION

Rules of entry are as for the Monthly Competitions. Each print or slide may only be entered in one category. Prints and slides entered in previous monthly competitions are eligible but not if they been entered in a previous Annual Exhibition of this Society.
All trophies except Beginner of the Year and Photographer of the Year must be returned to the Competition Secretary in a clean and sound condition one week before the entry date for the next Annual Exhibition.
